Anger Control Review: Can Latest Technology Help Control Anger?
Anger is an emotion felt frequently by almost every living human being on earth. There is not a single person in this world, who had not felt anger in his or her life time. The only difference is on how each of us expresses this emotion.
Some people just go on a rage to vent their emotion of anger. They indulge in physical destructive activity to release this very strong energy in motion or emotion that has been built up in their mind body system. More mature people know how to release this anger without any harm to others in society.
The old school of thought suggests that expressing anger is a bad habit and teaches every child to suppress their anger from childhood onwards. Expression of anger is negated in a child and treated as a bad quality. This is a dangerous thing that is being taught to innocent children.
Emotions or Energy In Motions are to be released and as the name itself suggests they should be released and allowed the energy to continue the motion. Once the emotion is released it has done its job. A suppressed emotion is stored in the body and is like a Volcano waiting to be erupted. One fine day it will erupt and the damage done will be much more. It is the same with suppressed anger.
How to Control Anger?
The best way to control anger is to feel it at the particular moment and release it then and there. By this I do not mean that you should go on a rage and destroy every thing in front of you. No, it is not that way, you can release this anger by your self without any harm to others or society.
There are several methods to control anger.
1/ Deep Breathing is a very effective method to calm you down quickly. Take a long and full volume of fresh air from your nostrils and release it from your mouth. Do this for about 5-10 times.
2/ Try to count from one to ten slowly. Concentrate only on the numbers.
3/ If you are alone, you can find some thing like a punching bag or so and punch it until your anger is released fully.
Above are the methods to be used once you are actually angry for some reason or other. But you can use meditation to keep your self calm and relaxed and reduce bouts of anger or banish anger altogether from your life for good.
Meditation can be coupled with latest cutting edge technology to increase its effectiveness and appeal. Meditating the old fashioned way is not very effective with our modern busy and complex life styles. Just sitting quietly and concentrating on the breath is good for the yogis or hermits in the Himalayas, since they have no social responsibilities and no distractions.
But can you and I do the same thing with our social responsibilities and the distractions we find in day to day life. So the answer to this is to use latest cutting edge technology for 30 minutes a day and let the technology do all the hard work while you relax for 30 minutes a day.
