Anger is positive or negative. When we are angry, we often leave a problem or manipulate explode at the source. Anger is an
emotion that we either controls or helps us to succeed in life. If we have

you say. It is good to talk about it when you feel threatened by someone else,
but it is not good to react in a rude way to solve the problem. When you are
severely affecting your anger, you are hurting yourself and other people around
you. You do nothing but cause more problems for yourself and all those involved
in your life. When you behave in such a way, people are less inclined to listen
to your side, and will often lose respect for you. This is your fault, because
you acted immature when you were angry. You can not blame others for your
behavior or actions. We can see that this information leads to more anger. When
a person behaves in a derogatory manner, it affects other people. When a person
is the victim of someone angry, they often learn behaviors and act accordingly
to the way they were treated. These means, we have more problems in society, and
nobody is a winner. Life is too short and filled with too many problems already

often excellent to relieve anger because you are burning energy. It is important
to avoid alcohol and drugs when you are dealing with anger. The most important
reason is that this is not good for you, but it also increases your chances of
exploding when you are angry. You may want to get a physical and mental health
