to your side, and will often lose respect for you. This is your fault, because

you acted immature when you were angry. You can not blame others for your

nobody is a winner. Life is too short and filled with too many problems already

often excellent to relieve anger because you are burning energy. It is important

to avoid alcohol and drugs when you are dealing with anger. The most important

reason is that this is not good for you, but it also increases your chances of

exploding when you are angry. You may want to get a physical and mental health
